As the planning continues for the Bi Health Summit 2009, we are asking our fierce and fabulous allies for your support in this year's summit. We all know that this event would not be a success without the strong support of volunteers-like you!

Once we receive your forms and our needs are assessed, the Summit Volunteer Coordinator will contact you. Thank you again for volunteering your time!

Make sure to note somewhere on the form if you are interested in volunteering for the LGBTI Summit as well.

Volunteer Job Descriptions

**We’ll try to accommodate requests, but there are no guarantees you will get the volunteer position you preference.

Daily Registration: Check in participants and volunteers

Hall Directors: Provide direction/ assistance around hotel on both floors

Room Monitors: Provide support within workshop rooms, time presenters, collect surveys

Runners: Assist with any miscellaneous needs, collect summit surveys, extra help with registration if necessary

City Liaisons: Guides and connections to the city of Chicago
